All fourth year and Grade VI students had their retreat last Feb 2 to Feb 4 at St. Scholastica’s House of Spirituality. The sunny weather accompanied the excitement of the students as they were boarded in two St. Anthony buses for the trip. The meeting place was R. Nuguid and Sons and the buses left at Mulitas of the Grade VI class and Mr. Rafael Ricasata, Ms. Ana Hernandez and Mr. Ruel Avilla of the Fourth Year class, Atty. Reynaldo Laserna, Mrs. Adelaida Laserna, Nurse Dana Pelayo and Ms. Cecile Atas joined the trip. It was truly a remarkable experience for every student.

Everyone was renewed. The retreat masters were Bro Armand for the Grade VI class and Bro Pol Antonio Rolle for the Fourth Year class. Although on the second day, both the Grade VI and the Fourth Year class were combined because Bro Armand left.

The three tear-jerker days were spent on reminiscing your past life and attitudes with your family and friends. On the third day, a mass was held on the church inside the retreat grounds. The lush green and clean surrounding of St. Scholastica’s House of Spirituality gave a peaceful feeling and spiritual revival for each retreater, enabling the students to open up and share his feelings and problems. This retreat brought so many things and is truly a successful one.
